By accessing drymarkseattle.com or submitting a request for service, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DryMark Restoration Seattle reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site or services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not use this site or request services through it. These terms were last updated on May 5, 2026.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of WA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the services provided by DryMark Restoration Seattle shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in WA. Users consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
2. Limitation of Liability
DryMark Restoration Seattle’s total liability to any customer, for any claim arising out of or related to services rendered or these terms, is limited to the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. DryMark Restoration Seattle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, property damage unrelated to the work scope, or loss of use - regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or DryMark Restoration Seattle was advised of the possibility of them.

Estimates provided by DryMark Restoration Seattle are given in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions, discovered defects, required materials, or scope of work turn out to differ from what was originally assessed. DryMark Restoration Seattle will notify the customer of any material change in price before proceeding with additional work. Proceeding after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
4. Warranty
Details of any workmanship warranty offered by DryMark Restoration Seattle will be provided to the customer at the time services are completed. Such warranty covers labor and installation quality within the stated scope and period. Parts, equipment, and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers carry only the warranties issued by those manufacturers, and DryMark Restoration Seattle makes no additional representations regarding them. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside the original work scope.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
DryMark Restoration Seattle requests at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee to offset reserved labor and logistical costs. Details of any applicable fee will be communicated at the time of booking. DryMark Restoration Seattle will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on drymarkseattle.com - including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding - is the property of DryMark Restoration Seattle and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used in any form without the prior written permission of DryMark Restoration Seattle.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

DryMark Restoration Seattle offers professional home services in Seattle, WA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and a professional assessment of the work site. Some service requests coordinated through drymarkseattle.com may be carried out by independent contractors or partner service professionals working in conjunction with DryMark Restoration Seattle. In those cases, DryMark Restoration Seattle acts as the coordinating point of contact and takes responsibility for ensuring the work meets the standards described at the time of booking.
